Clean dishes, stove and sweep floor—no tempting crumbs
Take garbage
Take home unused perishables
Seal all shelvable food in strong plastic boxes
Remove toilet bag (winter) and take with you
Replace with clean double-bag and fresh pine needles and/or sawdust (winter)
TURN OFF WATER HEATER
Turn off Wall furnace
Wipe and sweep living room
Close drapes, Neatly stack internal and outdoor furniture
Consider changing out sheets/ towels and bringing home to us for washing (not every time)
Replace with clean linens (can leave folded on bed)
Woolen blankets in trunk in bedroom
Close and lock shutters, basement door
Turn off all lights inside and out
Unplug heaters
All patio furniture inside
TURN OFF WATER
Remove any ashes or firewood from balcony
Lock kitchen from inside
Lock Balcony door from inside and pull shut ENSURING IT IS CLOSED
Lock Security Door and IMMEDIATELY replace key in lock box and scramble number
